Join The Hound Crew as we take you and your dog on a Paw-Venture hiking at one of the neatest places around locally... Jennings State Forrest! Meet up with trainers from Homemade Hounds as we guide you through this fun hike and socialization session with your dog! All dogs must stay on leash while visiting the park.
Starting out at Old Jennings Recreational Area, this walk will follow The Sandridge Loop and cut through the LongLeaf Trail to create a 1.6 mile loop. This loop is rated as "EASY" and is suitable for most active dogs and people!
As always, we will host an on leash socialization exercise led by our trainers as well!
Please remember to bring water for you and your dog, bug spray, sunscreen and anything else you may need on the trail. Closed toed hiking shoes/boots and weather/bug appropriate clothing is required.
