Pawpaw Chapter February Field Trip to Tomoka State Park

The February field trip will be a walk on the nature trail plus a trek around the point and the area near Chief Tomokie to check out some of the interesting plants. Afterwards we can also visit the park’s native plant garden.

Tomoka State Park, 2099 N. Beach St., Ormond Beach FL 32174

We will meet near the north end of the Tomoka Outpost concession building at 10 am. Parking is available next to the concession building, across the street next to the recreation hall and in the boat ramp parking area.

You will have to pay the State Park admission fee (unless you have a state park pass).
$5 per vehicle (for up to 8 people), $4 for a single occupant vehicle,
$2 for pedestrians, bicyclists, extra (more than 8) passengers & passengers in vehicle with holder of an Annual Individual Entrance Pass

Bring water, bug and sun protection and appropriate clothing for the weather. Closed-toed shoes are recommended.

Rest rooms are available at the concession building near the boat ramp.
