Pawlates x Higher Heights Fitness Event (1pm Session)

This event starts at 1pm! Enjoy a 45 minute beginner-friendly Pilates session while adorable cats wander, play, and explore the space. Each class supports local rescues through donations and awareness. This is a smaller, more intimate event so there will be more kitty interactions and limited tickets!

Expect:
• Guided Pilates + light movement
• Cat interaction before and after the Pilates class
• A cozy, community-centered vibe

• Yoga/Pilates mat
• Optional donations (food, litter, toys, or Venmo)

Cats choose where they want to be during class, and the number or age of cats may vary based on the rescue’s needs. Safety and wellbeing come first for both humans and animals.
