Movement That Matters: Pawlates 🐾

Join Core Theory Contrology and the CT Humane Society for Pawlates, a special Movement That Matters experience bringing together movement, pets, and community for a meaningful cause.

Your experience will begin with a 45-minute guided, all-levels mat Pilates class led by Core Theory Contrology. Whether you’re new to Pilates or an experienced mover, the class will be designed to offer an approachable and enjoyable experience for all levels.

Following Pilates, we’ll spend approximately one hour with the CT Humane Society, including a guided tour of the facility and a pet meet & greet. You’ll have the opportunity to learn more about the Society’s work, see the incredible care provided to pets in need, and meet some of the available pets currently at the facility.

Your Pawlates experience includes:

• 45-minute all-levels guided mat Pilates class
• Guided tour of the CT Humane Society
• Pet meet & greet
• A custom curated gift bag for each attendee
• The opportunity to support an incredible local organization — 50% of proceeds from ticket sales will be donated directly to the CT Humane Society

What to bring:

Please bring your own Pilates or yoga mat and water bottle. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing appropriate for movement as well as the facility tour. Please dress with comfort and practicality in mind for both portions of the experience.
