Pause, Rest & Restore: Grief support for the holiday season

The holidays can bring up so many emotions when you're grieving, and there's no right way to feel, or timeline to follow. This evening is a chance to set all of that down for a little while and take care of yourself.
Through restorative yoga, meditation, breathwork, and Reiki, you'll have space to slow down, connect, and feel a little more grounded.
There will be time to talk and share if you'd like, but there's no pressure. You can share as much or as little as feels right. Listening is just as welcome.
For the restorative yoga portion, you'll be fully supported with blocks, pillows, and blankets. I'll walk around the room and offer Reiki (optional).

- Just for women
- No experience needed
- All kinds of loss are welcome
- Mats, props, and blankets are provided
- Limited to 6 people so everyone gets personal attention
