Forest Bathing is a slow, sensory nature practice that supports stress relief, emotional balance, and overall well-being. Rooted in the Japanese tradition of Shinrin-Yoku, it invites you to pause, breathe, and reconnect with the natural world—one quiet moment at a time.Join Laurence Turcios, a certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide, for a peaceful afternoon beneath the tall pines on the Lost Pines Trail. As we walk slowly, you’ll be guided through a series of gentle invitations to awaken your senses and settle into your calm.
We'll pause along the way to reflect and share in a safe and supportive sharing circle, deepening our connection to nature, ourselves, and one another.
We’ll close with a quiet tea ceremony and light snack before parting—feeling a little lighter, calmer, and more grounded.
