A mindful art experience to slow down and see.When we pause, the world opens. Colours shift, light deepens, and even the smallest details reveal themselves. Painting becomes less about the final image and more about the act of noticing.
In this workshop, weโll explore oil painting as a practice of observation and presence. Weโll create space to move, breathe, reflect, and simply be with what unfolds on the canvas.
