Pause Art Workshop – Sew Mascot (Ages 5-12)

Welcome to the Pause Summer Workshop - Sew a Mascot!

Join us on Saturday 15th November 2025, at 10:45 at Pause's Digbeth Hub for a fun and creative workshop. Develop your resilience and mindfulness through art by sewing a cuddly animal.

The session will start off with an icebreaker or introduction to a new mindfulness skill such as grounding/calm breathing. You will be encouraged to let your creativity flow and craft a positive puppet/motivational mascot. You will be able to take away your mascot/puppet to comfort you and remind you of a new skill you've learnt. No artistic experience is needed, all materials are provided, just come ready to have an enjoyable time! See you there!

Under 14's - Due to health and safety, a parent will need to be present in the workshop.

Please note that to take part in the workshops, children/young people attending need to be registered with a Birmingham GP.
