Join us for Midweek Reset, a gentle and intentional wellness experience designed to help you slow down, release stress, and reconnect with yourself in the middle of your week.
Through guided breathwork, reflective journaling, and grounding mindfulness practices, you’ll be supported in calming your nervous system, clearing mental clutter, and creating space to simply breathe.
This experience is beginner-friendly and intentionally intimate to create a safe and welcoming environment for rest and reflection.
During this experience, we will explore:
