We all inherit more than physical traits. Many of the patterns that shaped our lives began long before we were born. From unspoken family rules to inherited coping mechanisms, our past influences our present in powerful ways. Healing isn’t just about changing yourself; it’s about transforming the patterns that have been carried across generations. Join mental health counselor Shainna Ali, Ph.D., for a meaningful exploration of how family history affects your coping, relationships, and wellbeing. This introductory session will offer reflection, insight, and practical strategies to understand and shift generational patterns in order to live a happier, healthier life. This program is presented by Shainna Ali and is hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation.
