If you can write your name, you can draw a mandala.
During this workshop we will learn a little about the background of mandalas, explore patterns and the benefits to drawing patterns and mandalas… and of course draw patterns and mandalas. Each person will receive a mandala drawing kit with everything they need to continue to draw mandalas after the class.
During the class everyone will have the opportunity to complete a mandala, but it is more about the process and less about the finished mandala. Throughout the workshop we will explore how drawing patterns and mandalas can reduce stress, alleviate anxiety, improve focus and increase creative thought.
This is a casual class, with space for conversation, laughter and fun.
$30 per person
All materials included.
Class size limited to 8 people. Class will last about 1 1/2 hours.
Each workshop spot provides funding for 12 meals for kids in need.
