All are invited to join MWR for September's Incentive Challenge, the Patriots Day Tribute Challenge. This challenge is open to anyone with base access.
Compete at the Base Gym or Fitness Center on Sept. 11 at any time during the day. Be sure to fill out a registration form upon completion of the challenge.
PARTICIPANTS WILL COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING:
- 2001m row or run
- 11 Box Jumps
- 11 Thrusters
- 11 Burpee Pull-Ups
- 11 Power Cleans
- 11 Hand Release Push Ups
- 11 KB Swings
- 11 Toes to Bar
- 11 Deadlifts
- 11 Push Jerks
