Agenda

🕑: 01:00 PM - 03:00 PM
Celebration, Music, Special Presentation

Info: Let us all go back to the old...! Celebrate life in the 1950s & '60's in North Birmingham, Ellsbury Park, Finley Avenue and the ACIPCO communities. Patricia started her journey at Hopewell Baptist Church. Enjoy live and recorded music that influenced her and others from that era.

🕑: 12:00 PM - 04:00 PM
Community Archiving

Info: Help document and preserve local music history by bringing your music artifacts — including photos of local musicians and singers, home recordings and other audio, clippings, flyers, printed programs, scrapbooks, and other items — to be digitized and preserved in a public online archive. You keep your original items and receive digital copies, which will also be preserved in the archive of the Birmingham-based Southern Music Research Center (www.southernmusicresearch.org), where they will be available to researchers and the general public.
