Join us at Lighthouse as we officially reopen the patio for the season with an evening of lakeside cocktails, live music, fireworks, and vibrant tapas.This is the kind of night patio season was made for—cocktails in hand, music in the air, sunset over the water, and incredible food surrounded by friends. Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy a curated selection of tapas inspired by bold Mediterranean flavors, including:
• Chistorras – spanish sausage wrapped in crispy potato, saffron aioli
• Gambas al Ajillo – garlic sautéed shrimp, dried chile
• Croquettas Bravas – crispy potato fritter, salsa brava, saffron aioli
• Smoked Salmon Rillette – flatbread cracker, lemon, dill, fennel
• Shrimp Bruschetta – cucumber, tomato, heirloom tomato
• Italian Pepper Crostini – whipped ricotta, EVOO sautéed peppers, cured egg yolk
• Crispy Pork Belly – grape mostarda, basil
The evening will also feature specialty pours and cocktail experiences from Hendrick’s Gin, Good Boy Vodka, Crown Brewing, and featured Spanish wines, plus a live DJ keeping the patio energy going all night long.
As the evening winds down, fireworks over the lake will light up the start of another unforgettable summer at Lighthouse.
