The PFPC is a formal venue for our beneficiaries to provide input and feedback directly to clinic leadership, which is then discussed and incorporated into our decision-making body, the Executive Committee. Some other initiatives generated from PFPC feedback include the Secret Shopper program, phone tree Process Improvement (PI) project, and implementation of main lobby command message boards.
