Join us for Meal Planning 101 and learn amazing recipes for a successful week of delicious and nutritious food!

The 90/10 rule states: 90% of health happens in the kitchen with what you eat everyday and 10% of health is the time you spend working out. But for each person it's different. Where ever you are on the scale that makes up 100% of you, this hands-on cooking class will teach you knife skills, sauce making, cooking methods, sauce making etc.

We teach the proteins, sauce, energizing starches, vegetables and prep/recovery juices that ensure a healthy balance, in every class, for six weeks.

Purchase the entire week or drop-in on a week of your choosing.

Classes are approximately 90 minutes – 2 hours

This class is hands-on and may run over/under schedule.
