We hope that you are all well and probably you are as excited as we are about the upcoming Weekend with Pati and Luke! So we would like to inform you about the schedule as well as remind you about the event rules:

Class schedule:

Friday, 04.10.20247 -

8 pm: arrival & registration

8 – 9:30 pm: class 110 pm – 1 am: Welcome Party-------------------------------------------

Saturday, 05.10.20242 – 5 pm: class 2--- 60 min break ---5:45 - 7:45 pm: class 3--- evening break ---11 pm – 4 am: Main Party--------------------------------------------

Sunday, 06.10.20242 – 5 – pm: Class 45 pm – 10 pm: Survivors- Party---------------------------------------------

We wish you that - after the dark times last year forced us to postpone the event – now, the positive energy of our beloved Brazilian Zouk may be able to warm up your hearts again and that your dance may bring as much joy into your lives as it brings to ours!General Rules for Participation in the Weekend with Pati and Luke.1. Guarantee of participation in the event:

1.1 - The registration of a participant will only be valid when the full payment of the event's Fullpass has been made.
2. Ticket cancellation or transfer:
2.1 In case of withdrawal, the participant may give their ticket to another person, as long as they notify the organizer of the event until October 3rd .
Withdrawal without self-organized transfer:
2.2 – In case of withdrawal until July 3rd, the event will charge a 20% withdrawal fee.
2.3 - In case of withdrawal from participation between July 4th and August 26th, the event will charge a 50% withdrawal fee.
2.4 - In case of withdrawal from participation between the 26th of August and the 25 TH of September, the event will charge a 100% withdrawal fee.
3. Event location
3.1 - The event will take place at the dance school “A Bailar”.3.2 - Participants must respect and take care of the event space.
3.3 – Congress attendees can only be present at the venue during class and party hours.
