Pathwise Credit Union – 2025 Annual General Meeting

You are invited to attend the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Pathwise Credit Union.

The AGM provides members with the opportunity to review the Credit Union’s financial performance, receive reports from the Board and management, participate in the election of directors, and engage in the formal business of the organization.

Date: Wednesday, April 15, 2026
Time: Doors open at 6:00 p.m. | Meeting commences at 7:00 p.m. (Eastern Time)
Location: Harmony Event Centre – 1011 Bloor Street East, Oshawa, ON

The meeting will be held in person only.

Food and refreshments will be provided.

Advance in-branch voting will take place March 24 to April 2, 2026 at both the Oshawa and Bowmanville branches during regular business hours.

In-person voting will also be available at the AGM.

Voting eligibility is limited to members in good standing in accordance with the Credit Union’s By-Laws. Ballots will be provided, and protocols are in place to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the voting process.

Members planning to attend are encouraged to register in advance to assist with event planning and attendance management.
