Join us for a supportive six-week educational and experiential workshop focused on understanding trauma, the nervous system, and the mind-body connection.
Drawing from Arielle Schwartz’s Therapeutic Yoga for Trauma Recovery framework, this workshop will include psychoeducation about trauma along with gentle, body-based practices that can support awareness, grounding, nervous system regulation, and connection.
This is not a yoga class.
No yoga experience is needed. The focus is on learning, self-awareness, and developing practical tools to support your ongoing healing journey.
Begins: Saturday, October 17
Time: 10:30 AM–12:00 PM
Location: 2303 Cedar Run Place NW , Wilson, NC
Facilitated by: Amy Grassi Watson, LCMHCS, RYT-200
Format: Six-week series, offered in two three-week blocks
Cost: $120 for all six weeks
Scholarships: Available for those who need financial assistance
