Join Explore Natural Martin on a journey to the past on this scenic nature walk through Seabranch Preserve State Park. On this guided nature walk, we will discover the rich history of this beautiful area with local Martin County historian, Chessy Ricca. You will be able to imagine how this preserve, and the town surrounding it, has changed through the decades to become what we know today. Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to connect with nature and learn about fascinating local history!
DETAILS
- FREE program, but reservations are required
- This program will begin at 9:00am and last until approximately 10:30am
- The length of this nature walk is about 1.0-1.5 mile across various natural surfaces, primarily sand
- Please wear appropriate outdoor clothing and footwear
- Bring water, sunscreen, and bug spray
- Minors (under 18) must be accompanied by an adult
- No pets
- All participants will be required to sign waivers that will be provided at the start of the program
