The Way Resource Center (TWRC) invites employers across the High Desert to join us for a FREE Hiring & Workforce Development Event. This is an opportunity for businesses and organizations in industries such as warehouse logistics retail manufacturing agriculture construction and medical fields to connect directly with local job seekers.

Employers are encouraged to participate as vendors at no cost—simply bring your hiring needs company information and be prepared to inspire our community. Whether through on-the-spot interviews pre-evaluations or scheduling future interviews this event is designed to build pathways to employment and strengthen the local workforce.

Together we can create opportunities empower families and help job seekers find sustainable careers right here in our community.
