Pathways to Care: Free Health Fair for Adults 60+

Join us for Pathways to Care, a free health fair for adults ages 60 and older hosted by the College of Health Professions at Texas State University in collaboration with the Translational Health Research Center (THRC).

This event brings together local organizations and healthcare providers to offer free screenings, wellness resources, and educational information to support healthy aging in Central Texas.

Here’s what you can look forward to:

• Free health screenings for adults 60+
• Hearing, cognitive, pulmonary function, and gait assessments
• Blood pressure, oxygen level, and diabetes screenings
• Wellness resources and community health information
• Friendly, welcoming environment
• Bring a friend or family member and explore ways to stay healthy
