This event is more than just a walk in nature; it’s a chance to slow down, connect with others, and engage in meaningful conversations about life, growth, and resilience.

We’re honored to be joined by Rosy, a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach and owner of Sophrosyne Wellness. With a bachelor’s degree in psychology and over 20 years of professional experience rooted in behavioral health, Rosy brings both compassion and expertise to helping people create sustainable lifestyle changes. She is also a 4x published author and award-winning writer whose work spans wellness, mindfulness, and community.
