Participants will enjoy a gentle walk along Kensington Park’s new trail, followed by a quiet journaling session using a simple reflection prompt. This program is designed to encourage light activity, emotional balance, and meaningful connection in a relaxed and welcoming setting. This program is for ages 18 and older.Join us on Tuesdays from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm on May 19, May 26, June 2, and June 9.
