Sara brings over 12 years of experience in learning and development roles, along with her unique background as a stand-up comedian in Cleveland. She holds certifications as a facilitator through Vital Smarts and the Center for Creative Leadership. Sara has successfully facilitated various personal and leadership development courses, including Crucial Conversations, the 7 Habits for Highly Effective People, and the DiSC personality assesment. She is passionate about learning, personal growth, community building, and all things comedy.
