This beginner-friendly program draws from universal earth-based spiritual traditions, offering simple, practical tools to help you live with more clarity, balance, and purpose.
Taught in a safe, welcoming space by Jessica Kozak Shaw, this series is perfect for those curious about ancestral spiritual practices, connecting with nature, and developing a deeper relationship with the unseen world. You’ll explore symbolic systems, elemental teachings, and timeless rituals that support personal insight and energetic harmony.
Each class stands on its own—you may take them individually or as a cohesive journey.

Begin your journey by learning the ancient concept of the sacred circle—a map of harmony used by wisdom traditions around the world. Discover how the four directions symbolize aspects of the self and the natural world, and explore grounding practices and rituals for spiritual alignment.
🔥 Class 2 – July 24: Voices of Nature: Connecting to the Elements
Learn to attune to the spiritual wisdom of the elements—earth, air, fire, and water. This class will guide you in understanding how to work with these forces for energetic balance and spiritual guidance through simple exercises, nature rituals, and intuitive listening.
💫 Class 3 – August 14: Energy, Intuition & the Subtle World
Explore how ancient wisdom keepers understood energy flow, spirit connection, and intuitive knowing. You’ll learn accessible practices for tuning into subtle energies, protecting your space, and reading the signs that surround you—without overwhelm or over-complication.
🌕 Class 4 – August 21: Walking with Purpose: Creating a Sacred Practice
In this final class, you'll bring together what you've learned to craft your own meaningful spiritual practice. You’ll receive guidance on creating simple rituals, building an altar, working with intention, and walking forward with greater connection to your own inner wisdom. We’ll conclude with a shared closing circle.
