Path Keepers Warrior Arts

Path Keepers Warrior Arts is martial arts training for magickal practitioners, taught as devotional practice in motion. You already know how to call the quarters; this teaches you to move through them with your whole body. You'll learn to stand, to breathe while you stand, and to move in any direction without losing your center — then strikes, blocks, and combinations built up from those foundations. Underneath the footwork you're learning to take force that comes at you and pass it along instead of absorbing it. Alfred Silverstar has trained and taught ancient martial arts for decades and holds one standard: strength without aggression, and service that doesn't cost you yourself.
Martial arts gives you the same task, repeatedly, under real pressure, with immediate feedback. Research on ADHD and autism suggests that kind of structure may support executive functioning. Nobody here is trying to fix you; the training gives your brain a demanding place to practice focus and adaptation, with a coach, again and again. It complements therapy, Medic*tion, and accommodations rather than replacing them. The room is small, partner work is opt-in, stance work can be done seated, and if you'd rather sort out accommodations before you walk in, say so when you register.
