Pat Nevin shares stories and reflections from his 40 years in football.Pat has done almost every job in football. From being a star player at Chelsea and Everton to being chairman of the PFA, the players union, to playing for Scotland under Sir Alex Ferguson - and even a spell in the unique mixed role of player-chief executive. He is now a familiar voice on BBC 5 Live's coverage of the Premier League.
Right from the start of his career, Pat has been known as one of the most articulate, literate and progressive voices in football: the fans’ man on the inside; a music fan as likely to be found DJing at indie club nights or actively taking on terrace racists as appearing as a media pundit. His two recent memoirs are packed with surprising encounters and improbable anecdotes and were universally acclaimed.
Pat will be in conversation with journalist Duncan Steer. There will be a chance to ask your own questions.
