Learn how to bake pâte à choux or choux pastry, a delicate French pastry that can be made either sweet or savory. Join Chef Pascal Dionot for this hands-on Pastry Class, and learn the technique to making those famous French cream puffs, éclairs, Paris-Brest, and more! Learn how to make pastry cream and chocolate sauce pair with certain dishes. Each student will make their own pastries to eat or take home.
