We’ll kick things off with a guided extra virgin olive oil tasting, giving you a delicious foundation in bold, balanced, and peppery oils, as well as a variety of Italian bites to try. Then, roll up your sleeves as we walk you through the process of mixing, rolling, filling, and shaping ravioli with expert instruction.
