You will learn how to make mozzarella and ricotta cheeses, pasta, tomato & alfredo sauces, all from scratch!
About this Event

You will learn how to make pasta, tomato & alfredo sauces, mozzarella cheese and ricotta cheese all from scratch! Then you will put them together in the tasty pasta dish of your choice - we will even have some to sample during class. For the pasta, you will learn the basics as well as how to shape ravioli and tortellini! You will take home a nice serving for two of the pasta you choose to make and put together.

Class fee is $65.

A take home kit for the cheese will be available for $10.
