Pasta Night - Handmade Pasta Experience

In this interactive Cooking Social, you’ll work side by side with Chef Jorge to create fresh pasta from scratch while learning essential techniques you can bring back to your own kitchen. Come solo, bring a date, or gather some friends—this is all about cooking, connecting, and enjoying great food together.

On the Menu:

• Pappardelle with Slow-Braised Lamb Ragù
  Wide ribbons of pasta paired with rich, slow-cooked lamb in a deeply flavorful sauce
• Mushroom and Ricotta Tortellini with Red Wine Rosemary Reduction
  Handmade tortellini filled with earthy mushrooms and ricotta, finished in a fragrant red wine sauce
• Strozzapreti with Fresh Pesto
  Hand-rolled pasta tossed in a vibrant basil pesto with garlic, parmesan, and olive oil
