THE ART OF PASTA | A Five-Course Chef’s Tasting Experience
An evening of handmade pasta, exceptional food, and great wine.
Step into the kitchen with Chef Joey Chavez for an interactive pasta-making demonstration, where he’ll walk guests through the process from start to finish. From mixing and kneading the dough to rolling, cutting, and shaping different pasta varieties, you’ll get an inside look at the techniques behind fresh, handmade pasta.
Following the demonstration, settle in for a five-course chef’s tasting dinner featuring thoughtfully prepared dishes that highlight the art of pasta.
For the final course, we’re collaborating with Creamed, who will showcase a special dessert creation to close out the evening.
For those looking to elevate the experience, optional wine pairings will be available to complement 4 courses.
