Pasta Night at Subcircle

Please join us for a Pasta Making Workshop and Dinner hosted by Christina Zani of Pasta Night (Philadelphia) on Wednesday, July 24th from 5-8pm.

Learn how to make artisanal handmade pasta with local ingredients followed by a multicourse dinner of antipasta and pasta; featuring curated wine pairings and a dessert of herbal sorbet created by Brittany Saliwanchik.

Christina Zani is a generation 1.5 Italian American with family roots in Piacenza. She is a dear friend of Subcircle and runs Pasta Night, her handmade pasta company, out of her row home in South Philly. She also works as a food educator and has a broad knowledge of pasta making techniques, Italian cuisine as well as general nutrition chops. Using her hands and her Nonna Lena’s macchina (a pasta machine) she feeds folks fresh pasta and Italian home cooking weekly, and teaches people of all ages how to do it themselves.
