Pasta Making with Martin Morelli of Osteria Morelli

Chef Martin Morelli was born and raised in Bergamo, Italy. He followed his heart and hands to Australia in 2012, bringing with him a deep respect for local produce. Each of Martin's creations are shaped by hand, guided by instinct, tradition, dedication and soul. He brings passion, artistry and heart to all he does.

Martin's much loved restaurant, Osteria morelli in Lennox Head is a casual, neighbourhood Italian eatery with a strong focus on handmade, traditional food and local produce. The team celebrates the Italian Osteria tradition- simple honest food meant to be shared and enjoyed in good company.

This is a demonstration and dining event so there will be plenty of chance to eat and get your hands dirty. You will discover fun shapes made without the use of equipment so you can easily re produce them at home. The class concludes with a seated dinner of our prepared goodies and a glass of wine.
