This class will provide participants with a comprehensive hands-on experience in making pasta from scratch, equipping them with the skills to recreate it at home.Each participant gets a station.

Meet the Expert:
Professional cook, artisan pasta maker, Chef Milos. Chef will provide all the ingredients, equipment, and knowledge. Learn his recipes and create delicious meals for those you love. Chef will teach you a sauce, you'll sample his dish, and go home with the pasta, for two, you just made.

What is Included:

Your experience begins with a Chef intro, a glass of wine, beer or a non alcoholic drink and an appetizer of bruschetta, followed by a hands on pasta making class. As your dough sits and developes gluten activation, we will serve you another appetizeer of arancini and a pasta dish of your choice from our menu. The grande finale consists of a decadent tiramisu a true treat for your taste buds. After the class has concluded, you leave with the pasta you made and news skills home and delight your own dinner guests. • Youth: $45 (includes a non alcoholic beverage)
• Adults: $90 (includes 2 x glasses of local beer or wine)
• Note: Youth ages 2-16 MUST be accompanied by an adult.
