Pasta Making & Cheese Tasting

Is there a more iconic partnership than pasta and cheese? We’re bringing these delicacies together in our Pasta Making & Cheese Tasting class. This in-person workshop starts with a hands-on lesson in making pasta dough with a Murray’s expert. While the dough rests, we’ll lead a guided tasting of cheeses and ingredients that can make pasta dishes pop. Then, you’ll learn how to hand-shape pasta and take the final product with you to create your own pasta masterpiece at home.

Includes: 3 cheeses, 3 pairings, pasta-making ingredients, signature accompaniments Beverages: red and white wine

Note: This class includes a tasting of cheeses and pairings. However, you will not be eating your handmade pasta during the class—you'll be able to take it home to cook and enjoy on your own.

Additional Information

In-person classes take place in the classrooms located at our Bleecker Street store. Our classrooms are located upstairs and downstairs at our venue and are therefore not wheelchair accessible.

By registering to attend and attending Murray’s Cheese In-Person Class, Tasting, or Catered Event ( each, an “Event”), I, and on behalf of any other attendee that I have registered for the Event (collectively, “We” or “Our”) hereby waive, release and discharge any and all claims for damages or personal injury, death, or property damage which we may have or which may hereafter accrue as a result of our attendance at or participation in the Event. This release is intended to discharge, in advance, Murray’s Cheese, LLC, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, members and managers and all other members of its staff whether contracted or employed, from and against any and all liability arising out of or connected to in any way with any participation at the Event. We agree and understand that our attendance and participation at the Event is voluntary and we assume risks associated with the activity in which we will be participating. If alcoholic beverages are consumed during the Event, we understand that this may increase our risk of injury and agree not to operate a motor vehicle if we may be over the legal limit. I represent and warrant that I am authorized to provide the aforementioned waiver, release, and discharge on behalf of any attendees that I have registered for the Event.
