In-Person Class: Family Style Cooking Class: Fresh Handmade Pasta (NYC)

Join us for a family friendly cooking class in NYC! Bring your kids for a fun afternoon of making fresh pasta from scratch, where getting your hands dirty is totally the point!
Learn how to make the perfect pasta dough and then transform it into beautiful noodles, Fettuccine and/or Pappardelle. Use a pasta machine to make your Fettuccine. Then learn to cut thicker noodles to form your Pappardelle. Everyone will participate in making a large batch of Tomato sauce from scratch, led by your Chef Instructor. As an added bonus, guests will prepare garlic bread to be enjoyed with their plate of pasta and fresh sauce. It doesn't get much better than that! Buon Appetito!

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Family style cooking classes are intended for kids 10 years and older as the pace and equipment used will be more appropriate for this age group. Kids must be accompanied by an adult in order to participate.
You will be seated with your family members and will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Drinks (alcoholic and fountain drinks) are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside drinks are not allowed.
