About this Event
Join our UF/IFAS Extension Citrus County instructors for an introductory adult lesson on pasta-making. Arranged in small groups, make one of our favorite comfort foods - Ravioli!
Participants will be guided, step-by-step, as they make homemade pasta dough and savory fillings at the historic Citrus County Canning Center kitchen. Bring your own apron if you have one, because things might get a little messy (aprons will be available to borrow as well!)
After preparation, a sampling of the raviolis will be served.
Registration is required and limited to 10 participants. The cost is $20.00/person. Please note: It is advised to wear closed-toed shoes for kitchen safety.
