Casa Don Alfonso welcomes Chef Nicola Pignatelli from its sister property Don Alfonso 1890 for a pasta cooking class on Monday, November 11 at 5:00 PM. Guests will enjoy a welcome spritz and passed hors d'oeuvres before a hands-on cooking experience where guests will learn to create two different pasta dishes. Afterward, indulge in a four-course dinner paired with carefully selected wines. Guests will also take home an apron, recipe booklet, and certificate of completion. The class is priced at $200 per person (plus taxes and 20% service charge) with limited space available. Reservations are required. Tickets can be found on OpenTable under the "Experiences" tab.
