Join Elysha in an evening of pasta making. Learn how to make fresh pasta with simple ingredients. Elysha will demonstrate how to make fresh pasta then cook the pasta and serve it to you with a simple alfredo sauce. The pasta you make during class will go home with you for you to cook for your family or friends. Each participant will go home with 1 pound (4-6 servings) of fresh pasta, recipes and instructions.
