Chef Maria Luisa Manca, originally from Sicily, will guide you through making busiate from scratch, a traditional hand-rolled pasta known for its spiral shape. Enjoy a wine pairing and a beer open bar throughout the experience. After cooking, sit down to enjoy the meal you’ve created in a relaxed and friendly setting.

About the dish

Busiate is a traditional Sicilian pasta, hand-rolled into a spiral shape, perfect for soaking up rich sauces. Alla Norma is a beloved Sicilian dish made with tomatoes, eggplant, and ricotta salata, balancing bold and comforting flavors that highlight the simplicity of authentic Sicilian cuisine.

About Chef Maria Luisa

Maria Luisa Manca, born and raised in Sicily, has over 15 years of experience in Italian cuisine. She grew up surrounded by the flavors and traditions of her region, learning recipes passed down through her family. Her classes focus on using fresh, simple ingredients and making the process of cooking fun and approachable.

Ticket Policy

Please be aware that if we don’t reach the minimum number of tickets sold for the class, we may need to cancel the event. In that case, we’ll gladly assist you in transferring your ticket to another class of your choice. Thank you for your understanding!

Classes are non refundable. If you can no longer make your class, you are able to modify the date/time of the booking, up to 72 hours prior to the event, or can transfer your ticket to a friend. After 72 hours, refund, exchanges or modifications are not accepted.
