Pasta & Tiramisu Italian Cooking Class

Bring the flavours of Italy to your table for an evening of fresh handmade pasta, homemade tiramisu, and genuine Italian hospitality. This is more than a cooking class. It’s a complete culinary experience where you’ll laugh, learn, and sit down to enjoy the meal you created.

Your evening starts with appetizers and a complimentary welcome glass of wine (18+ with valid ID). Then, using a traditional manual Italian pasta machine, you’ll learn to make fresh pasta completely from scratch with techniques passed down through generations, followed by a classic homemade tiramisu. You’ll also watch live demonstrations of two homemade sauces and enjoy your pasta with one of them.

Authenticity is at the heart of everything we do. Many of our ingredients come from our family’s Italian grocery store, Scarpones Italian Store, a Calgary landmark serving authentic imported Italian products for generations, combined with fresh local ingredients.

Classes are intimate, with personalized instruction and no rushing. Once the cooking is done, sit down, savour every bite, and enjoy the meal together. Every class also includes a surprise activity, because we love adding something unexpected.
