Hidden within each of us are memories from past incarnations, quietly shaping our present-day thoughts, emotions, and choices. Just as childhood experiences leave lasting imprints, so too do the echoes of former lives influence who we are today.

In this past life regression workshop, you'll be gently guided into a relaxed, hypnotic state to explore a previous lifetime chosen by your subconscious. This is a safe, supportive space where your inner wisdom leads the way and you're guaranteed to have a fascinating afternoon.

The session begins with an introduction to past life regression and the valuable insights it can reveal. You'll then lie down and journey inward to uncover a past life that holds relevance for your current life path. After the regression you may share your experience with the group; hearing others' stories often deepens the collective understanding.

We will have a few yoga mats available but please bring blankets/pillows,yoga mat, sleep mask(optional) and anything else that will make you more comfortable and relaxed while lying down on a hardwood floor. Wear loose, comfortable clothing as well. Feel free to bring a journal as well!

Please note: this is not a therapeutic healing session, but an opportunity to explore the past for insight, curiosity, and personal growth relevant to where you are today.

About the Facilitator

Steve Burgess (www.steveburgesshypnosis.com) is one of the world's leading practitioners of Hypnotherapy and Regression Therapy certified in the UK by both the National Council for Hypnotherapy and the General Hypnotherapy Register, an advanced EFT practitioner, and a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming practitioner. Steve is also a former vice-chairman of the UK Guild of Hypnotist Examiners which accredited him as Master Hypnotist. With over 33 years of experience and over 15,000 regression therapy sessions conducted, Steve brings profound skill, deep compassion, and intuitive insight to his work. He specializes in using regression techniques to help clients uncover the root causes of emotional, physical, and spiritual challenges-often tracing them back to unresolved experiences in earlier lifetimes. His approach allows the subconscious mind to guide the journey, revealing what is most relevant and ready for healing or understanding.

He is the author of three books on hypnotherapy and regression, where he shares fascinating client case studies and the transformative power of regression work.
