At a modest building on a seldom traveled road in Daytona Beach, a group of women gathered to celebrate the grand opening of a one-room museum that showcased artifacts from local collectors. Now, as we prepare to break ground on what will be one of the most iconic buildings in Daytona Beach which will house some of the most talked about exhibits in the Southeast United States, we want to pause our momentum to take a look back at where it all started.
