Passport Fair Hosted by the Office of U.S. Senator Tim Sheehy

The Montana Federal Delegation is partnering with the Seattle Passport Agency to host Passport Fairs in Missoula, Bozeman, and Billings.
About this Event

You are invited to join the Seattle Passport Agency as they travel across Montana to offer on-site passport application acceptance and answer all your passport related questions.

Appointments are required. Please make an appointment for each individual applying for a passport or passport renewal.

Missoula:

Monday, August 24 9am-2pm

What to Bring
New Applicants:

• Completed, printed DS-11 Form
• Citizen Evidence, photocopy (Original U.S. Birth Certificate or Naturalization Certificate)
• Valid photo ID and photocopies of front and back (Driver's License, State or Military ID Card, Etc.)
• Passport Photo (2x2, taken in the last 6 months). For requirements, check travel.state.gov/photos.
• Payment (credit or debit card, check, money order; no cash); Fees. Determine fees and payment options at travel.state.gov/passportfees.

Renewals:

• Completed (DS-82) form; ds82_pdf.PDF (If you answer NO to any of the statements in Section A, please bring a completed DS-11 or DS-5504 depending on your circumstances)
• Most Recent Passport Book Or Card
• Passport Photo (2x2, taken in the last 6 months)
• Payment (credit or debit card, check, money order; no cash); Fees. Determine fees and payment options at travel.state.gov/passportfees.

*We cannot accept applications for Government Passports/Official Passports.
