PASSOVER SEDERThe Seder is a sacred celebration observed by Jewish families for 1000's of years. The Seder itself points to the coming Messiah and tells the story of redemption that God provided for his people then, and still provides for us today. Join us as we celebrate the Passover Seder and see with fresh eyes the marvelous redemption God has provided for us.
Date: Thursday April 2, 2026
Time: Doors open at 5:30 PM. The Seder will begin promptly at 6:13 PM. We will finish by approx. 7:30 PM (** Please note: anyone arriving after 6:10 will be seated just before the Introduction to the Four Cups.)
Location: Second Baptist Church Family Ministry Center
Cost: $10 per person. This includes the meal of grilled chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans, tzimmes, dessert, and water.
Childcare is provided free for children 4 and under. Registration is essential. They will have their own meal of chicken nuggets and juice.
Registration and seating will be done according to families. Table size is limited to 8 persons per table.
Hospitality is a cultural expectation among Jewish/Middle Eastern families especially at a time of celebration like the Seder. As such, you may find another family at your table and you will have the honor of celebrating this Passover Seder together with new friends.
