About this Event

Opened in the summer of 2026, the Starr Place Eco-Hub houses four companies in individual offices, built to Passivhaus standard. The units have been certified with A grade EPC's due to the high level of insulation, air tightness, triple glazing, ventilation system, PV array and back up battery.

Built on previously a derelict plot of land, the Eco-Hub has created a business community in the heart of Canterbury and represents proof of concept for low-energy developments in the future.
