A One-Day 5 Rhythms Workshop exploring passion and compassion with teacher Neil Pinnock.
What sets your heart on fire? What dreams do you hold, and what sorrows do you grieve? In this day of dance and stillness, we explore both the flame of passion and the balm of compassion.

Join us in Bristol as we immerse ourselves in a full day of movement, reflection, and connection.
This is a day for us to come together as a community, each of us a vital piece of the puzzle. We’ll share dance, and deepen our connections, co-creating a space of belonging and sharing.
