GIRLS & BOYS --> GRADES 6th - 8th ( Middle School )
We will be focusing on:
30 minutes:
- Passing
- Setting
- Hitting/Attacking ( All positions )
30 minutes:
- Scrimmage
- game play
We evaluate each player differently on what they need to work on to achieve their goals as a player and help achieve those skills
Couple of friendly reminders:
Please bring:
- Water Bottle
- Wear Gym Shoes & Gym attire
- Knee Pads
- Your AMAZING self 🤩
